One of the heaviest and saddest scenes of this FIFA World Cup came during Canada’s historic rout of Qatar this Thursday (18). Ismaël Koné suffered a serious injury in a challenge with Qatari player Assim Omer Madibo in the final stage of the match in Toronto.
Canada's 6-0 thrashing of Qatar on Friday (IST) was marred by a horrific injury to Ismael Kone, who had to be carried off on a stretcher following a dreadful challenge from Qatar's Assim Madibo, who was sent off for the challenge.
